Darren has more than 15 years of experience training in the mixed-martial arts, and he's designed a series of personal training programs that use aspects of his MMA training with fitness. His DDAY FITNESS program incorporates beginner, intermediate, and advanced MMA moves to keep your workout routine fresh and challenging.
